What were you thinking?

After 40 years in the ministry, there have been a few changes. Dr. John Kleinig has given much insight into what takes place in the Sanctuary. I always knew, but what I think has deepened. The Pastor leads the service. What has deepened is that Jesus- The High Priest– is leading the service. I always knew that the sanctuary was not just a building. What has deepened is that the sanctuary is a copy of the heavenly dwelling place of God as shown to Moses. The New Testament book of Hebrews calls upon every Christian “to draw near to the Lord” to receive His gifts.
